Housed in a historic building, Vandale reflects the hip sensibility of Old Montreal and Griffintown. The multi-level restaurant features artwork by a dozen Montreal artists. The open kitchen offers a fresh menu of small dishes to share. Prepared by renowned chef Étienne Walther-Paradis, it showcases many of Québec's finest products. On the bar side, the cocktail menu is the creation of bar chef Léo Caresmel. Le Vandale also offers mixology workshops to learn how to create wonderful cocktails under the supervision of talented bartenders.
