Rose Ross is a charming neighbourhood bistro on the Promenade Masson, serving inspired comfort food and gourmet market cuisine. Named after the great-grandmother of one of the co-owners and created, in part, as a tribute to the women who fed entire generations without receiving the recognition that chefs enjoy today. The menu showcases local ingredients and offers a concise selection of simple and elegant fare. Every ingredient is meticulously selected, and everything is homemade. Dishes are prepared with care and include salmon tartare, cod, Cornish hen. Our gluten-free onion carbonara replaces pasta with onion petals. The contemporary decor creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere where patrons can savour their meal.
