Rita is the name of the owners' two grandmothers, one Québécoise and the other Italian. In their image, Le Rita's cuisine is simple, friendly and generous. At the crossroads of Québec and Italy, Rita showcases the finest local produce in the recipes handed down by the nonna. Homemade pizzas, melting gnocchi, Caesar salad... all dishes are carefully prepared with a lot of love.
