The Restaurant de l'ITHQ seats 65 in an elegant setting indoors with an outdoor terrace in summer. During the week, the kitchen and dining room serves as a top learning environment for students who are finishing the ITHQ’s culinary and restaurant service programs who come to put into practice what they have learned in class. Executive chef Karine Beauchamp and pastry chef Éric Champagne offer a modern and refined seasonal cuisine, highlighting Québec products and a wide selection of Québec and Canadian wines. Committed to upholding practices that limit its ecological footprint, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ is listed in Tourisme Montréal’s directory of eco-responsible restaurants, adhering to the Aliments du Québec au Menu and the Ocean Wise programs.
