L'Auberge Saint-Gabriel

L'Auberge Saint-Gabriel
Description Read more
Founded in 1784, Auberge Saint-Gabriel is the oldest inn in North America. Beneath these heavy stones lies a Mecca of Québec gastronomy. Over the years, the building, built in 1688 by a French soldier, has held a variety of vocations, but designer Bruno Braën has succeeded in modernizing the space while respecting its spirit. Chef Ola Claesson creates an inspired menu that showcases her a passion for market cuisine and local produce. The Auberge sur la route caterer offers a turnkey service and proposes original, refined menus. You can also enjoy one of the Auberge's magnificent rooms or its majestic terrace, which have retained all their historic charm.
