Description Read more
A magnificent new restaurant in Tétreaultville, Bistro Le Cerf-Volant will charm you with its warm, intimate atmosphere. This little gem offers inventive, refined cuisine that stands out for its originality. The chef at Bistro Le Cerf-Volant is constantly on the lookout for new flavors and cooking methods to surprise and satisfy his customers. Benjamin de Châteauneuf and Matthieu Bonneau are two passionate restaurateurs. Since 2012, they have helped open renowned bring-your-own-wine restaurants in Montreal and the suburbs, such as Le Smoking Vallée and Le Coup Monté. In 2019, Benjamin followed his own path, opening Le Marlow bistro on the South Shore. Matthieu continued his work at Le Coup monté until 2023, developing several initiatives during the pandemic. After a few years apart, the two friends reunited. They decided to embark on a new culinary adventure in the Tétreaultville neighborhood: the opening of a bring-your-own-wine restaurant. They like to say that Bistro Le Cerf-volant represents a new direction for their partnership!
