Hoogan et Beaufort

Hoogan et Beaufort, a finalist for Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2016, is nestled in Montréal’s Rosemont Petite-Patrie neighbourhood within the Angus Shops complex. The restaurant is known for its dedication to locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Chef Marc-André Jetté and his team cook over wood fire in an open kitchen, creating dishes that highlight the deep flavours of each ingredient. An extensive wine list and a variety of cocktails offer the right pairing for every meal, all served in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Marc-André Jetté

Chef and co-owner of Hoogan et Beaufort and wine bar Annette, Marc-André Jetté brings more than 20 years of experience to the kitchen. Trained at the ITHQ and at the MICHELIN-starred restaurant Richard Coutanceau in France, he went on to stand out at Laloux, Newtown and Les 400 Coups, named one of Canada’s best new restaurants in 2011. Known for seasonal, precise cooking rooted in local ingredients, he has become a leading figure in Québec gastronomy. His restaurants have also earned recognition from the MICHELIN Guide: Annette received a Bib Gourmand, and Hoogan et Beaufort was awarded one star in 2026.
