Foxy
Located in Griffintown, Foxy comes from the team behind Olive + Gourmando and earned a spot in Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants Top 10 in 2016. The restaurant builds its menu around a charcoal grill and wood-fired oven. Here, the warmth extends beyond the kitchen: the dining room feels welcoming and lively, equally suited to intimate conversations and more animated evenings. Created by chef Leigh Roper, the menu focuses on local ingredients and features grilled meats and fish, such as rib steak, Nagano pork chop and sea bass, served with ember-baked flatbread. Dessert lovers will find the frangipane apple tart, chocolate and salted caramel pot de crème, or the creation of the moment. The wine list includes private imports and natural wines.

A reunion at Foxy
We are delighted to invite you to a festive evening celebrating Foxy’s 10th anniversary.
Presented as part of MTLàTABLE, the event will reunite Leigh Roper, Dyan Solomon and Vanessa Laberge, three women who helped write the restaurant’s story, alongside Brian Thibodeau and his team. Together, they will create a menu built around some of Foxy’s most memorable classics.
Held over two evenings, November 5 and 6, the celebration will bring back the flavours that have shaped Foxy’s identity since day one. Leigh, Dyan and Vanessa will also share the stories and memories behind them.
For the occasion, Véronique Dalle will offer a curated selection of wine pairings designed to complement the menu.
