Umami Ramen & Izakaya

Umami Ramen & Izakaya
Description Read more
Umami Restaurant is Montréal's very first all-vegan ramen restaurant. Equipped with a Japanese noodle-making machine, the establishment makes its own homemade noodles from organic wheat, as well as prepares its own broths, tsukemono, kombucha and sprouts! The restaurant offers several varieties of ramen and vegan versions of classic Japanese dishes. Whether you're thinking of okonomiyaki, gyozas, agedashi tofu or tonkatsu with tempeh, Cédric and his team are delighted to serve you with these revisited Japanese classics every day, from starter to dessert... as well as a few exclusive dishes straight from our kitchens. And of course, izayaka is synonymous with refreshing beers, sumptuous wines, intoxicating cocktails, delicate sakes and other fine wine products.
