Under the guidance of Chef Martin Juneau, Pastaga is known for its delicious signature dishes, such as pork belly in a maple glaze atop a eggplant pancake. Established in 2011, this hip, relaxed venue was designed by local firm Cabinet Braun-Braën. It focuses on local produce from small growers, and offers a wine list of primarily organic vintages.
