At La Classe, a restaurant run by students from LaSalle College’s International School of Hotel Management and Tourism, the culinary creativity is as fresh as the market produce and local specialities prepared to perfection by these 3-star chefs of tomorrow. Under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Mohamed Boucharb, students put their culinary techniques to the test and serve up platefuls of haute cuisine, as audacious as it is affordable. At lunch or dinner, guests are treated to the pleasant and courteous service one would expect from one of the most renowned schools in hotel management in North America. Likewise, the adjoining La Classe Bar offers a warm and inviting atmosphere in which to sit back, relax and enjoy a coffee or cocktail. The culinary prowess and superior service at La Classe also extends to its business catering service, which is available for private functions, including office parties, product launches and fundraising galas.
